Mia

True Black Huacaya female, born June 1998. Her sire is McIntosh and her dam is Sophia Vilubio. Mia was originally from Alpacas de la Patagonia and was chosen for her exceptionally strong, straight conformation and her glossy blue-black fleece. Her micron test in 2008 was 21.7. Proven, excellent mother, nice head, black to the tips, with no sunburning. She was bred to Sinopsis Nocturna, Patagonia's famous black stud and had a true black male, Gusto. In 2003 and 2004, she was bred to our other Blue Ribbon holder, Polaris (for conformation and fleece, Calpaca Show) and delivered two dark curly males. They both have solid color, great dense fiber with lots of crimp. Her Victor is a Color Champion!! Her cria, Marina, born on 11/9/2009, is also true black and will be bred this fall of 2011. Our MyOhMy is her sire.

Sierra View P. Anna Magdalena

- is a Peruvian Accoyo Vengador (white) girl. Her dam is Don Julio's Peruvian Fiddlestix. She placed 2nd in Intermediate White Females, 2001 International Alpaca Odyssey and 2000 2nd Place Fleece, CalPaca. She was born Sept. 1999.

Anna's most recent cria is a gorgeous white male named Tomas.

Gusto

True Black Huacaya. He is a Sinopsis Nocturna boy. He is black with great coverage down to his toes, easy personality, and strong conformation. His dam is our own true-black Mia. He was born 6/30/2002 and and has proven to be a great breeder for our ranch. He also has a 5th place ribbon from Alpacafest West .

PorterBray Pines Victor, 1st Place and Fleece Color CHAMPION at MONTEREY PRONK 2006, is a Hemingway grandson. His sire is Polaris and his dam is true black Mia. He is medium brown with VERY dense, crimpy fleece. Sweet personality. His 2007 micron was 20.5. He also received 5th place in fleece and a 4th in halter class at the 2005 AlpacaFestWest. He was born 10/24/04. He has excellent herdsire potential for unrelated females .

PorterBray Pines Antonio, a Hemingway grandson born 9/18/04, is White Huacaya. He has the genetics from a Blue Ribbon winner and a Red Ribbon Winner! His sire is Polaris and his dam is Sierra View P. Anna Magdelana. He is halter and lead trained. He has very dense fleece like both of his parents. His mother's fleece is unbelieveably dense but not as long as some. Antonio's is both. ________________________________

We recommend this package of 3 Huacaya alpacas - one proven herdsire and TWO pregnant females. This is the most incredible package, Anna has a Red Ribbon from the show ring, Mia has produced a COLOR CHAMPION and Polaris' ribbon was Blue, 1st place. Both can be bred to Polaris so you will not have to look around and pay for an expensive breeding to a herdsire.

Erica Joan had her first cria in the spring of 2010. Gusto is a strong breeder with excellent conformation, beautiful fleece and a  breeder male.   Both are registered and we have insured the female in this package. As always, we provide customer support after the sale and welcome contact with new owners.
